How long is each session? How many sessions will I need?

Where does the fat go? Are the results permanent?

What does it feel like?
As the cooling begins during the first few minutes, you will feel pressure and intense cold. This soon dissipates. Many people read, watch videos, work on their laptop, or even take a nap during their treatment.
Is the CoolSculpting procedure safe?
The CoolSculpting procedure is FDA-cleared for the flank (love handles), abdomen, and thigh. With over one million CoolSculpting treatments performed worldwide, it is proven to be a safe and effective treatment for non-surgical fat reduction.
Are there any side effects?
During the procedure you may experience deep pulling, tugging, pinching, numbness or discomfort. Following the procedure, typical side effects include temporary numbness, redness, swelling, bruising, firmness, tingling, stinging and pain. Rare side effects may also occur. The CoolSculpting procedure is not for everyone. You should not have the CoolSculpting procedure if you suffer from cryoglobulinemia or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria. Can I return to normal activities after my treatment?
Yes, you can. The CoolSculpting procedure is completely non-surgical, so typically you can return to normal activities immediately. Often times, patients return to work after their CoolSculpting session is over.
When will I see results?
You may start to see changes as quickly as three weeks after your treatment, and will experience the most dramatic results after two months. But your body will still flush out fat cells and continues doing so for up to four to six months after treatment.
Do I need to take special supplements or follow a strict diet and exercise program?
No supplements or pills are required and you do not have to adopt new diet and exercise habits. Many patients feel more motivated to take care of themselves after their CoolSculpting treatment. It is as if they get a second lease on their body and want to start anew again by taking even better care of themselves.
What happens if I gain weight down the road?

What is BBL Broadband Light?

How it works
The light energy delivered by the BBL will gently heat the upper layers of your skin. During treatment
Your eyes will be protected with safety shields or glasses. You may briefly feel a warm or “rubber band snap” sensation as the light is absorbed by the targeted areas. Your procedure may take a few minutes to half an hour depending on the size of the area to be treated and the type of procedure performed. The physician will discuss all of your options with you.
The procedure is gentle, noninvasive, and safe. Generally, there is no need for a topical anesthetic, however, the physician may choose to use it on more sensitive areas.
The number of treatments needed will vary from patient to patient and the physician will personalize a treatment plan based on the level of improvement you desire. The physician may also combine your treatment with other popular aesthetic procedures to further personalize your treatment.
After treatment
You may experience some redness that should resolve within a few hours. For some pigmented lesions, you will see a darkening of the treated areas followed by fading and flaking off at a later stage. Your treated skin will feel smoother, fine lines and pores will be less noticeable, and sunspots or uneven pigmentation will fade. Results depend on your condition, the number of treatments, and the area treated. The physician will provide you with complete information about the post-treatment care and results.
It is important to follow the physician’s aftercare instructions. You may be given some skin care products and instructions on how to use them. You will be sensitive to ultraviolet light and you must avoid direct sun exposure until completely healed. Fully cover your skin or use a good sunscreen whenever you go outdoors.
This is a noninvasive and gentle procedure with virtually no downtime. In most cases, you are immediately able to return to work, apply makeup, and resume most activities.

What results can I expect?

How many treatments do you need?
What is great about Halo is that you can choose how many treatments you want. Discuss with you clinician your needs and you can choose to have one or two aggressive treatments or have multiple treatments that are less aggressive and achieve a similar goal over a longer period of time.
What happens during the treatment?
Thirty minutes to an hour prior to the treatment Dr. Sesslar will place a topical numbing cream on your skin to reduce the sensation during the treatment. Dr. Sesslar will then measure your face with motion tracking technology to ensure your face is treated evenly. Each section of your face will be treated by rolling the Halo handpiece in a crisscross pattern until the system recognizes the treatment is complete.
What does Halo feel like?
With a topical anesthetic and integrated cooling technology, most patients experience very little discomfort. Most patients describe the treatment a feeling of heat with an occasional prickling sensation, but are generally comfortable. After the treatment, most patients continue to feel warm for an additional 15-30 minutes.
Can I return to normal activities after my treatment?
Absolutely. For the first 24 hours you should keep your skin protected according to Dr. Sesslar's instructions, but after that you should be able to return to your normal activities. After the first 24 hours, your skin will begin to become rough and flaky, but you will be able to put on makeup. For this treatment, you will see very little change on the first day. After two to three days you will develop a light bronzing appearance. By day three or four your skin will peel, revealing your new skin underneath.
When will I see results?
You will see initial results between two to five days after your Halo treatment, but your skin will continue to improve over time. Most patients see the greatest pigmentary improvement in the first two to three weeks. This is followed by a dermal regeneration phase that continues for months.
How long will my results last?
You Halo results will last for years to come, but you should continue to keep your skin protected at all times using a medical grade sunscreen to protect your new, healthy skin. Each additional Halo treatment you get will only improve the results, giving you even better-looking skin.

What is ThermiTight?
ThermiTight is a minimally invasive procedure which delivers controlled thermal energy in the subcutaneous tissue to reduce saggy skin. How it works
ThermiTight usually takes less than one hour, with little or no downtime. A tiny probe is inserted under the skin. Then, radiofrequency energy is applied directly to the target tissues causing immediate shrinkage. Results are immediate and improve over a period of months.
What’s the Downtime?
ThermiTight is performed using local anesthesia. Patients may experience slight swelling and redness and are usually able to return to normal activity within 24 hours. Swelling may last for several days.
