Juvéderm® is an injectable filler that will smooth and soften wrinkles and folds that are present when your face is at rest. It is commonly used to erase the “parentheses” that develop around your mouth or to enhance the lips. Dr. Sesslar exclusively uses Juvéderm® with lidocaine to make your treatment more comfortable. Results typically last one year.
Juvederm provides a non-invasive way to attain a more youthful appearance. It is a non-surgical wrinkle treatment that, when injected into the skin, restores the skin’s volume and hydration. Juvederm is used to smooth away wrinkles and nasolabial folds, otherwise known as smile lines.
A specially formulated gel, composed of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, Juvederm was developed by Allergan, the manufacturer for Botox, and approved for cosmetic use by the FDA in 2006. The smooth consistency of Juvederm allows it to be easily and accurately administered by Dr. Sesslar. Each treatment requires approximately 15 minutes, depending on the number of injections required. Results with Juvederm are immediate and continue to improve.
Your rejuvenated appearance is temporary, and can be maintained for up to one year with results varying from person to person. Hyaluronic acid is a natural protein, allowing Juvederm to gradually be absorbed into the body. Additionally injections, or touch ups, may be required to achieve and maintain optimal results. The natural protein used, allows Juvederm to pose little risk of an allergic reaction and does not require an allergy test prior to treatment.
Juvéderm® Volbella XC

Juvederm Volbella is part of the Voluma Family of Juvederm. Volbella is a thinner form of Voluma used to treat lip lines and the area below the eyes called the tear troughs. Volbella is much safer to use below the eyes because this product does not attract water like Juvederm Ultra and Juvederm Ultra Plus. Products that attract water can cause puffiness. Volbella lasts up to 1 year.
Juvéderm® Vollure XC

Juvederm Vollure is the newest member to the Juvederm family of fillers. Vollure is a medium thickness filler. The consistency is somewhere in between Voluma (thick) and Volbella (thin). It is versatile and can be used anywhere in the face. It will be commonly used in the nasolabial folds and tear troughs. Like Voluma & Volbella, this product does not attract water like Juvederm Ultra and Ultra Plus. This property allows it to be safely used around the eyes without causing puffiness. Vollure last up to 1.5 years.
Juvéderm® Voluma XC

Juvederm Voluma is the thickest form of Juvederm. Voluma corrects volume loss in the midface by augementing the cheek area. It will also help lift any sagging skin in the lower face. What is Kybella?
Kybella or deoxycholic acid injection is the first and only FDA approved injectable drug that contours and improves the appearance of submental fullness due to submental fat.
What is Submental Fullness?

How does Kybella work?
