At Spa Medicca, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every patient. To help us provide the best care possible and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and acknowledge the following policies before booking any service.


Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, the following non-refundable deposits are required at the time of booking:

  • $250 – Halo, CoolSculpting Elite, RF Microneedling

  • $100 – All filler categories and BBL treatments

  • $50 – All esthetician services and new patient consultations

  • No deposit required – Botox or Dysport appointments

Deposits will be applied to the cost of your service and are non-transferable between patients.


No-Show & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and the time of our providers. Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and missed or late changes limit availability for other patients.

  • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • If you cancel, reschedule, or do not show with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other patients.

We send email and text reminders to help reduce no-shows. However, please do not rely solely on these reminders. Ensure your contact information is up to date and that you’ve opted in to receive communications. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of this policy.


Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, Spa Medicca does not issue refunds on services rendered.

Results may vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be necessary to achieve optimal outcomes and are the patient’s financial responsibility.

Product Return Policy

  • No refunds are given on retail products.

  • Products may be returned for in-spa credit within 30 days only if a documented adverse reaction occurs.

  • Defective items (e.g., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product.

Please inspect all products at the time of purchase.


Text Messaging Policy & 10DLC Compliance

Spa Medicca employs text messaging to share appointment reminders, promotional offers, and updates related to your care in accordance with 10‑DLC (10‑Digit Long Code) and The Campaign Registry (TCR) guidelines. Please review the following:
